At KIVARI International, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all full-priced items. Please ensure garments are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
